Renew and store cookies#94

Ability to renew and store a cookie, then be able to use (or automatically sync) that new cookie in a run. This would be helpful with pages that have login cookies that expire after a few hours. As of now, the cookie has to be manually renewed by visiting the page and resynced in Axiom.
