Empty or end step#84

Sometimes I want an axiom to finish if certain conditions are or aren’t met (as opposed to not continue, because I still consider the axiom as having been successful). Options that would work are:

1. Insert a ‘Jump to end’ option in the ‘Conditionally jump to another step’
2. Create an empty or end step that I could point the existing ‘Conditionally jump to another step’ (this would be more flexible)
3. Make the ‘Wait’ step available outside of the ‘Interact with page’s interface’ step
